Pork Chops pair well with raspberry jam.

Grilled Raspberry Pork Chops
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 cup seedless raspberry jam
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
2 cup water
1 pound Boneless Pork Loin Chops
In a small sauce pan, mix vinegar, jam, water and mustard.
Over medium high heat, allow mixture to bubble stirring constantly until sauce has reduced to at least half, set aside to cool.
Cook pork chops on both sides on an open grill or in a large skillet.
Place in a skillet, cover and allow to simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove pork chops from pan.
Plate the chops and top with the sauce.
Garnish with whole fresh or slightly cooked raspberries, optional.
