  1. Place sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Beat with a whisk or electric mixer until stiff.

  3. Fold into a loaf pan or shallow baking dish and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

  4. Scoop into cones or bowls as desired. Store covered in the freezer.

This super easy ice cream recipe is shockingly delicious and requires no ice cream maker or special equipment. Just beat all ingredients with a whisk or electric mixer until thick. Then put any extras, such as fruit or candy bits, in the soft ice cream mixture before popping it in the freezer, and that's it!
